We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Workshop Engineer to join a dynamic team of industry professionals and inspire the next generation of engineers through Training.

Role Responsibilities (Once trained)
- Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across Workshop Engineering courses (Machining, Lathe, CNC, Hand fitting etc).
- Plan, prepare and assess learning activities to support student progression and achievement.
- Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring content aligns with current industry standards.
- Support students in developing their technical skills and employability prospects.
- Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
- Develop employer partnerships to enhance student learning opportunities and industry engagement.
Essential Requirements
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline.
- Extensive industry experience in Workshop Engineering.
- A teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE, or PTTLS) or willingness to work towards one.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Experience working with young engineers or leading teams (Desired but not essential).
