We are seeking an inspiring and highly organised Supported Learning Manager to lead and develop high-quality provision for learners with SEND, EHCPs and High Needs across a large and diverse FE environment in East London.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established college group and play a key role in shaping inclusive practice, supporting staff and ensuring learners receive the support they need to thrive both academically and personally.
The Opportunity:
- As Supported Learning Manager, you will provide operational and strategic leadership across Supported Learning provision, ensuring learners with additional needs receive outstanding support that enables them to achieve positive outcomes.
- You will lead and develop teams of Learning Support Assistants and specialist staff, oversee EHCP processes, work closely with curriculum leaders and act as a key point of contact for families, local authorities and external agencies.
