Student Placement Officer Reports to: Placement Team Leader Location: Aylesbury Salary: £25k-£26k FTE Type: Full-time, Term-timeDovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Aylesbury. Role Purpose Source high-quality, sustainable work experience and industry placements for learners aged 16 and over. Act as the main contact for employers while they host students on work placements. Collaborate with learners, employers, and staff to help students achieve their career goals.Main Duties Collaborate with staff to ensure placements help students develop relevant work and technical skills. Develop new placement opportunities and ensure timely, effective communication with employers to maintain satisfaction. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with employers and agencies. Monitor students' attendance and progress during work placements, supporting their development. Work with external partners, employers, and agencies. Keep the CRM updated with past, current, and potential work placements.Requirements Experience in a professional setting with strong customer service skills.
