We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Speech and Language Therapist to join a dedicated SEND team supporting children and young people with complex communication and learning needs within specialist educational settings.

Role Responsibilities
- Independently manage a highly specialist caseload of students with complex speech, language, communication, and learning needs.
- Deliver specialist assessments, formulate therapy plans, and provide tailored individual and group interventions.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary SEND team to support EHCP Reviews, ILPs, and wider therapeutic strategies.
- Support the SENDCo with the strategic development of speech and language provision across the organisation.
- Provide specialist advice, mentoring, and supervision to junior therapists and wider staff teams.
