Dovetail and Slate is seeking a Transition Practice Lead in Surrey to oversee and develop high-quality transition processes for learners with SEND, EHCPs and other barriers. You will lead transition, assessment and admissions, ensuring support from day one, and manage a team of Transition Officers.
We value experience with SEND learners, EHCPs, and working with Local Authorities and families. A relevant SEND/education qualification or willingness to pursue one is required.
