Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Barbering is essential.
  • Recognised teaching qualification.
  • Assessor's Award (or willingness to train and achieve within six months).
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality learning experiences, including innovative teaching methods and effective use of digital tools.
  • Strong record of managing learner data, achieving performance targets, and inspiring students through industry-relevant content.
