About the Role You'll join a further education provider in the North West as Programme Leader in Social Work, taking the lead on curriculum delivery and development within this subject area. You'll combine teaching with programme leadership, ensuring learners receive high-quality tuition while the provision continues to meet current professional and regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and coordinating the Social Work programme, overseeing planning, delivery and quality improvement. Teaching across the programme, delivering engaging and effective sessions. Supporting, mentoring and collaborating with teaching colleagues to maintain consistently high standards. Monitoring learner progress and assessing work to support achievement.
