We\’re looking for an inspiring Lecturer in Plumbing to join a well-established education provider\’s construction and built environment faculty in Staffordshire.
This is a rewarding opportunity to share your skills and experience with the next generation of plumbing and heating engineers, delivering high-quality teaching and practical training across Levels 1-3.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging lessons, workshops, and practical sessions in plumbing and heating engineering.
Develop and update course materials in line with industry best practice and emerging technologies.
Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them achieve their goals.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve teaching methods and curriculum design.
Take part in open events, recruitment activities, and community projects.
About You:
NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (minimum).
IQA & Assessor qualifications, or willingness to work towards them.
A teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards one.
Level 2 (GCSE A-C) in English and Maths, or willingness to achieve these.
Current industry knowledge, including regulations and emerging trends.
