What You Will Be Doing
- Practical Delivery: Plan, design, and deliver high-quality, practical Painting & Decorating lessons to small groups.
- Target Setting: Monitor student progress, set clear SMART targets, and maintain accurate records using Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) effectively.
- Flexible Learning: Design adaptable, innovative, and imaginative learning resources tailored to support a diverse student population with varying educational needs.
- Vocational Outreach: Support the wider vocational team by contributing to learning programmes and potentially conducting outreach delivery outside the main classroom setting.
What We Are Looking For
- Trade Expertise: A relevant vocational qualification in Painting and Decorating at Level 2 or above, combined with strong practical industry experience and knowledge of CSCS requirements.
- No Teaching Experience? No Problem! If you have the trade knowledge and the capacity to become an excellent teacher, our client will provide full training, professional qualifications, and guidance to help you reach your full potential.
- Core Skills: Excellent communication skills, great organisational abilities, and a resilient mindset suitable for working within a secure, closed institution.
