Role Purpose
Develop and implement learning & development strategies that support staff and organisational goals. Lead training programs and organisational development projects to drive positive change. Ensure employee development aligns with business needs and strategic objectives.
Main Duties
- Work with leadership to identify staff training needs and create impactful development strategies.
- Manage learning programs, including mentoring, coaching, and sourcing external training providers.
- Oversee the learning management system (LMS) and report on training effectiveness.
- Lead culture change initiatives, staff inductions, and management development programs.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with mandatory training, such as safeguarding and equality & diversity.
- Represent the organisation in external networks, staying updated on best practices.

- Strong experience in learning & development, change management, and organisational growth.
- Proven ability to design and implement training programs that drive improvement.
