We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming educational setting in Newham. The successful candidate will provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils, helping them access learning, develop confidence and make positive progress. Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored learning and classroom support to pupils.
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to meet individual learning needs.
- Support pupils with their academic, social and emotional development.
- Encourage positive behaviour, independence and confidence.
- Assist with classroom activities and differentiated learning.
- Build positive and professional relationships with pupils, staff and parents/carers where appropriate.

- Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable.
