Salary: Up to £41,100

Pension: Up to 28.6% employer contribution

Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week

Annual Leave: 44 days plus bank holidays and 5 closure days

About the Role

The Role

  • Teach Multi-Skills construction programmes from Entry Level to Level 2/3
  • Deliver engaging classroom lessons and practical workshop sessions
  • Teach a range of construction disciplines, including brickwork, carpentry, plastering, painting and decorating, and basic plumbing
  • Support curriculum development and employer engagement activities where appropriate
  • Develop learning resources and assess learner progress
  • Prepare learners for employment, apprenticeships, and further study

Requirements

  • A Level 3 qualification (or higher) in brickwork or carpentry
  • Broad industry experience across multiple construction disciplines
  • Level 2 (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
  • A passion for developing the next generation of skilled tradespeople
