We are seeking a dedicated and flexible educator to deliver high-quality instruction and tailored learning support to students within a foundational education programme. Role Responsibilities

  • Manage student conduct and support classroom discipline proactively in accordance with established institutional standards and frameworks.

  • Champion student welfare by strictly adhering to institutional policies regarding health, safety, and the protection of vulnerable groups.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience teaching post-16 learners and adapting educational approaches to motivate students with diverse abilities.
  • Strong organizational capabilities with a track record of meeting strict deadlines and efficiently managing independent workloads.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, complemented by competent digital capabilities for educational delivery.
  • Minimum of GCSE Grade C (or equivalent qualification) in both Mathematics and English Language.
