This role is ideal for an industry professional with experience across Building Services Engineering, Electrical Installation or a related discipline who is passionate about developing future talent. The Role As Building Services Course Leader & Lecturer, you will: Deliver engaging teaching across Building Services Engineering programmes, including T Levels. Inspire and support learners preparing for careers within the construction and building services industry. Share current industry knowledge, standards and best practice through engaging lessons. Plan and develop high-quality teaching, learning and assessment materials. Monitor learner progress and provide guidance to maximise achievement. Lead and support the development of the Building Services curriculum. Maintain accurate course records and documentation. Work closely with employers and industry partners to ensure programmes reflect industry needs. Contribute to maintaining high standards of teaching, learning and assessment. What We're Looking For Essential Level 3 qualification or above in a relevant discipline. Strong industry experience within Building Services Engineering, Electrical Installation or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons. Passion for supporting and developing learners.
