An exciting opportunity for a student-focused Curriculum Leader in Motor Vehicle to lead a dynamic and forward‑thinking automotive department within a well‑established further education provider.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of Motor Vehicle lecturers
  • Oversee curriculum planning, delivery, and quality assurance
  • Monitor teaching, learning, and assessment standards
  • Track student progress, achievement, and retention
  • Build and maintain links with employers and industry partners
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and internal procedures

About You

  • Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Motor Vehicle or related field
  • Recognised teaching qualification
  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or equivalent)
  • Experience teaching or training in Motor Vehicle (FE or industry)
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or managing staff
