Learning Support Assistant Full Time | Contract

About the Role You will provide dedicated support to students with special educational needs and disabilities, working alongside teaching staff to help every learner engage with their studies and reach their individual goals.
You ll bring patience, encouragement and a genuine commitment to inclusive education.
Working with learners at lower and entry level, you ll adapt your approach to suit different needs, creating a supportive environment where students feel able to develop and thrive.
This is a full-time ongoing contract role with a further education provider in the South West.
Your responsibilities will include: Supporting students with SEND, specifically at lower and entry level, in their day-to-day learning.
Working closely with teaching staff to help learners engage with lessons and activities.
Encouraging students to build confidence, independence and practical skills.
Helping to maintain a safe, inclusive and encouraging learning environment.
