Are you passionate about supporting young people with SEND to achieve their full potential? We're looking for an experienced Transition Officer to support learners with EHCPs, SEND and additional learning needs as they transition into college. You’ll work closely with students, families, schools, SENCOs and Local Authorities, coordinating transition and admissions, supporting EHCP consultations, completing pre-entry assessments and ensuring learners have the right support in place.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience supporting young people in an educational or support setting
  • Knowledge of SEND and the SEND Code of Practice
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A relevant SEND, education, wellbeing or related qualification (or willingness to work towards one)

Location: Redhill & Croydon

Salary: 31,094 pro rata to 28,642.36 (40 weeks)

Hours: 37 hours, Monday-Friday
