SpLD Assessor & Support Tutor Location: London Contract: Full-time Permanent Start Date: October Are you a qualified SpLD Assessor looking for a new opportunity in London? We are looking for an experienced SpLD Assessor & Support Tutor to provide specialist assessment and support to students with a range of additional learning needs. The Role Conduct specialist diagnostic assessments for SpLDs. Administer standardised assessments covering reading, writing, maths, cognitive and language skills. Analyse assessment results and produce detailed reports. Identify individual strengths, needs and appropriate support strategies. Provide specialist learning support and tutoring. Manage Exam Access Arrangements (EAA) from referral through to confirmation. Work closely with students, parents, teaching staff and support professionals. Provide advice and guidance around SpLDs and effective support strategies. Maintain accurate assessment and support records. Keep up to date with relevant professional practice and legislation. About You We are looking for someone who has: Level 7 SpLD qualification. Current Assessment Practising Certificate (APC). Experience conducting specialist diagnostic assessments. Experience supporting students with SpLDs and additional learning needs. Strong knowledge of Exam Access Arrangements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
