Role Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and high quality teaching across esports, business, marketing, digital strategy, branding, and related subjects.
  • Develop innovative and industry aligned curriculum content and learning activities.
  • Supervise student projects, presentations, campaigns, and applied industry work.
  • Ensure compliance with academic regulations, quality assurance processes, and external benchmarks.
  • Lead programme reviews, validation activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support student engagement, retention, progression, and employability outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with esports organisations, businesses, marketing agencies, and industry professionals.
  • Coordinate academic delivery and contribute to programme planning and development.
  • Coach, mentor, and support students throughout their academic journey.
  • Contribute to research, scholarly activity, and industry‑focused projects relevant to esports, business, and marketing.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience teaching within Higher Education or a professional training environment.
  • Strong academic or professional background in esports, business, marketing, digital media, or related disciplines.
  • Experience in curriculum development, assessment practices, and academic quality assurance.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate students using innovative and inclusive teaching methods.
  • Commitment to student success and delivering an excellent learner experience.
  • Experience coordinating programmes, modules, or academic delivery is highly desirable.

  • Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
