Are you an experienced Foundation Learning, SEN/SEND or FE Lecturer looking for a new opportunity? We are recruiting for an Entry 3 Lecturer working with learners who have low starting points, SEND/SEMH needs and barriers to learning.
The Role
- Deliver English, Maths, tutorials and personal/social/study skills.
- Support learners with low starting points and barriers to learning.
- Develop engaging and differentiated learning.
- Support positive behaviour and learner engagement.
- Monitor progress, attendance and achievement.
- Contribute to EHCP and progression planning.
- Work closely with support staff and external professionals.
About You
- Essential: Full Level 5 teaching qualification - PGCE, Cert Ed or DET.
- Experience teaching SEND/SEMH learners.
- Experience working with low starting points or challenging/disengaged learners.
- Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience delivering English and Maths.
- A resilient, patient and inclusive approach.
