Dovetail and Slate is seeking a Recruitment and Compliance Coordinator for its Schools People team in the Hampton area. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for academic and support staff, coordinate interviews, create engaging adverts, and ensure pre-employment checks including DBS and safeguarding compliance.

You'll work closely with hiring managers to deliver a smooth recruitment experience, maintain records, and support onboarding while staying aligned with KCSIE and safer recruitment.
