We are recruiting a motivated Curriculum & Quality Team Leader to join a leading training and education provider within a secure custodial environment. Working closely with the Education Manager, you will assist in leading the curriculum, supporting teaching staff, and driving high standards of learning for adult learners.
Responsibilities
- Support the Education Manager in designing and managing a purposeful curriculum that meets learners and employer needs.
- Lead on quality improvement systems, regularly review teaching standards and develop innovative approaches to raise classroom performance.
- Manage, mentor, and review the performance of teaching staff to foster a collaborative team culture.
- Ensure the department meets key performance targets and indicators focused on positive learner progression and achievement.
Qualifications
- Relevant first degree or professional qualification, alongside a recognized teaching qualification.
Experience
- Significant teaching experience.
- Proven track record of managing curriculum development, educational change, and quality assurance systems.
- People management experience and confidence in supporting staff development.
Other Requirements
- Mobility: Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle required.
