The predicted salary is between 42500 - 42500 Β£ per year.

Salary: Up to £40,000-£45,222

Pension: Teacher's Pension- 28.68% employer's contribution.

Annual leave: 58 days plus bank holidays

Hours: 37 hours per week

About the Role

Are you an experienced Brickwork professional with a passion for teaching and leading others? This is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your career as a Course Leader - Brickwork, where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality education while leading and developing the Brickwork curriculum within a supportive Further Education college.

The Role:

  • Lead and coordinate Brickwork programmes from Entry Level to Level 3.
  • Oversee curriculum planning, development, and quality improvement within the Brickwork provision.
  • Support, mentor, and collaborate with teaching staff to ensure high standards of delivery.
  • Teach Brickwork programs Entry Level to Level 3.
  • Deliver engaging lessons and practical sessions.
  • Support curriculum development & employer partnerships (where relevant).
  • Create resources and assess learner progress.

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Brickwork.
  • A teaching qualification Level 2 (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
