About the Role

Are you an Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration and Heat Pumps Specialist looking to pass on your skills and inspire the next generation? This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a rewarding assessing role within a supportive college environment.

The Role:

  • Responsible for a case load of Refrigeration, Air Conditioning & Heat Pumps apprentices.
  • Liaise with learners to plan and undertake assessments in the workplace.
  • Deliver high quality training.
  • Support and monitor learners through all aspects of their qualifications/assessments.
  • Support curriculum development & employer partnerships (where relevant).
  • Create resources and assess learner progress.

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 (or higher) Refrigeration, Air Conditioning & Heat Pumps qualification.
  • Level 2 (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.

Desirable:

  • An assessing or teaching qualification.
  • Experience in teaching or assessing.
