A leading Further Education college group is seeking a dedicated Lecturer to inspire and shape the next generation. You will play a pivotal role delivering high-quality education and support to students working towards Level 2 qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning & Preparation: Designing innovative schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessment schedules that drive student achievement.
- Effective Delivery: Creating safe, inclusive, and highly effective learning environments where students are appropriately stretched and challenged to reach their full potential.
- Student Support: Structuring creative approaches to overcome individual barriers to learning, addressing Early Years needs both inside and outside the classroom.
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Health & Social Care.
- An unwavering passion for learning and a commitment to helping students achieve more than they thought possible.

No teaching qualification? No problem. We actively support industry professionals transitioning into education through the Taking Teaching Further scheme. You will receive full "on-the-job" support and be funded to achieve a Level 3 Award in Education and Training, with the future option to progress to a Level 5 Diploma.
