You will inspire the next generation for careers in Early Years and Primary Education, supporting their journey into employment or university. Industry experience is essential, as you will lead and deliver our T-Level in Childcare programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Excellence: Plan and deliver high-quality teaching, using your up-to-date vocational knowledge to develop students' employability, life, and learning skills.
  • Inspire Learners: Motivate and raise the aspirations of students through your own enthusiasm and subject expertise.

Taking Teaching Further: Transition from Industry to Education

We actively support industry professionals looking to make the leap into teaching. If you have the industry expertise but lack a teaching qualification, we will support you to learn 'on the job'. You will receive full support to achieve qualified teacher status, beginning with enrolment onto the Level 3 Award in Education and Training, with the opportunity to progress to the Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training. This is a fantastic, fully funded way to gain a recognised teaching qualification while in employment.
