- Hours: Part-time (29.6 hours per week)
- Salary: 29,000 - 43,000 per annum (FTE) Actual salary: 23,000 - 34,500 per annum

About the Role
Seeking an interpersonal, self-motivated candidate with strong industry experience to design and deliver Multi-skills and Bricklaying courses across both practical workshop and theoretical classroom settings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality practical and theoretical instruction to a diverse range of learners
- Providing pastoral and tutorial support to help students achieve their goals
- Contributing to ongoing departmental development and curriculum planning
- Managing course administration, assessments, and progress tracking
Requirements
- Relevant hands‑on industry experience within the construction sector
- In‑depth subject knowledge backed by at least a Level 3 Vocational Qualification in Bricklaying
- Strong communication skills and a passion for developing the next generation of tradespeople
