No formal teaching qualifications are required, just a genuine enthusiasm for supporting learners in their education journey.
Responsibilities
- 1:1 and group support of students with additional learning needs
- Supporting teachers/lecturers to ensure an inclusive learning environment for SEN students
- Safeguarding of vulnerable learners
- Full time and part time hours are available.
- Term time only roles are available also.
Requirements
- Experience working with SEN children or young adults
- Experience in educationOR an extensive care background
- Knowledge of additional learning needs
- Up to date Safeguarding training, or a willingness to obtain
- Enhanced DBS or a willingness to obtain.
