About the Role

Are you an experienced Groundworker, Civil Engineer or tradesman looking to pass on your skills and inspire the next generation of tradespeople? This is an excellent opportunity to move into a rewarding teaching role within a supportive and well-established college environment.

The Role

  • Teach Groundworks programmes from Entry Level to Level 3
  • Deliver engaging classroom lessons and practical workshop sessions
  • Support curriculum development and employer engagement activities where appropriate
  • Develop learning resources and assess learner progress
  • Prepare learners for employment, apprenticeships, and further study

Requirements

  • A Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Civil Engineering or Groundworks or Bricklaying.
  • Industry experience within the Groundworks
  • Level 2 (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
  • A passion for developing the next generation of skilled tradespeople
