You will work with a person-centred approach, acting as an essential anchor to help high-needs learners develop the key skills, self-care routines, and confidence they need to transition into adulthood.

- Support high-needs students on a 1:1, in-class, or out-of-class basis to progress toward their EHCP milestones, developmental goals, and vocational aspirations.
- Collaborate closely with teaching staff to differentiate and modify curriculum resources, including supporting students during active sessions and community-based trips.
- Complete administrative responsibilities by recording support interactions constructively, helping the college maintain statutory records for EHCP annual reviews.
- Experience supporting young people (aged 16-25) with additional needs (such as ASD, SEMH, sensory, or learning difficulties) in an educational, healthcare, or community setting.
