A renowned educational establishment is currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Floristry Lecturer to cover on an ongoing basis. Develop and deliver comprehensive course material that aligns with the curriculum objectives. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to facilitate their academic development. Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the curriculum, incorporating the latest industry trends and advancements. Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry practices, and educational methodologies relevant to Travel and Tourism. Requirements: A HNC in Animal Care or above and relevant industry or education experience. Prior teaching or training experience is desirable. A teaching qualification is advantageous but not essential – Experience will also be considered.
