We are seeking an experienced and driven Finance Business Partner to provide high-quality financial insight, support and reporting across key curriculum areas, enabling the organisation to make informed, strategic decisions. Role Responsibilities Partner with budget holders to provide advice, information and proactive support that improves financial performance, control and effectiveness. Prepare monthly management accounts, including in-year forecasts, accounting adjustments, pay forecasts and capital spend tracking, with clear commentary. Contribute to the budget and 3-year Financial Plan, managing income and expenditure budgets and understanding curriculum plans for allocated areas. Produce accurate and timely financial reports to inform strategic and operational decision-making. Work closely with the Head of Financial Planning, Partnering and Reporting to ensure compliance with financial controls and processes.Essential Requirements CCAB/CIMA qualified accountant (or equivalent). Proven experience in financial control, compliance, management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations. Skilled in budget preparation, forecasting and financial reporting. Strong communication skills, able to explain complex financial data to non-financial colleagues. Customer-focused approach, building strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
