Electrical Installation Lecturer Permanent | Location: the South East | Salary: £35,537 - £44,458 per annum, pro rata dependent on qualifications and experience. + £3,000 market supplement per annum. About the Role Our client, a further education provider, is looking for an Electrical Installation Lecturer to join their team. You'll deliver engaging, high-quality teaching across electrical installation programmes, helping learners build the practical skills, knowledge and confidence they need to progress into employment, apprenticeships or further study. You'll plan and prepare both workshop and classroom sessions, assess learner work and track progress, working alongside a supportive team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering practical and theoretical teaching across electrical installation programmes. Planning, preparing and assessing learning activities that support learner progression and achievement. Providing constructive feedback and setting individual learning targets. Maintaining a safe and effective workshop and classroom environment. Contributing to curriculum development so that content reflects current industry standards.
