What We're Looking For:
- Industry experience in welding, pipe fitting, plating, or sheet metal work (expertise in at least one is essential)
- Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Fabrication and Welding
- A full UK driving licence
- A passion for sharing knowledge and developing others
- Teaching qualifications are not required. If you're new to education, we will fully fund and support your journey to become a qualified instructor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality workshop and classroom-based instruction
- Support learners across a range of skill levels (Level 1 to Level 4)
- Develop engaging and industry-relevant training sessions
- Guide learners through practical assessments and theory-based learning
