- Develop innovative and industry aligned curriculum content and learning activities.
- Supervise student projects, presentations, campaigns, and applied industry work.
- Ensure compliance with academic regulations, quality assurance processes, and external benchmarks.
- Lead programme reviews, validation activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support student engagement, retention, progression, and employability outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with esports organisations, businesses, marketing agencies, and industry professionals.
- Coordinate academic delivery and contribute to programme planning and development.
- Coach, mentor, and support students throughout their academic journey.
- Contribute to research, scholarly activity, and industry‑focused projects relevant to esports, business, and marketing.

Essential Requirements
- Experience teaching within Higher Education or a professional training environment.
- Strong academic or professional background in esports, business, marketing, digital media, or related disciplines.
- Experience in curriculum development, assessment practices, and academic quality assurance.
- Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students using innovative and inclusive teaching methods.
- Commitment to student success and delivering an excellent learner experience.
- Experience coordinating programmes, modules, or academic delivery is highly desirable.
