We are seeking a passionate and experienced Motor Vehicle Lecturer to join our established and high‑performing team in Staffordshire. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high‑quality education and training to the next generation of light vehicle technicians.

As part of our Motor Vehicle team, you will be responsible for the coordination, design, delivery, and ongoing development of study programmes up to Level 3, with a specific focus on Light Vehicle Apprenticeships. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure learners receive an engaging, industry‑relevant learning experience that supports their progression and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high‑quality teaching and learning sessions
  • Support and assess apprentices working towards Light Vehicle qualifications up to Level 3
  • Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of the Motor Vehicle curriculum
  • Monitor learner progress and provide effective feedback and support
  • Work closely with employers and stakeholders to enhance the apprenticeship experience
Essential Requirements
  • A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, Cert Ed or equivalent)
  • A Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle or a closely related subject
  • Relevant industry experience within the light vehicle sector
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding teaching and learning
