Dovetail and Slate is seeking an experienced Head of Programmes to lead specialist Post-16 SEND education across multiple campuses in Bradford/Halifax. The role combines strategic and operational leadership, safeguarding, curriculum quality, and student progression to improve outcomes for young people with EHCPs.
You will work with Local Authorities, families and partners, oversee Designated Safeguarding responsibilities, drive quality assurance, and ensure Ofsted readiness while delivering.
