About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage a case load of learners.
- Liaise with learners to plan and undertake assessments in the workplace.
- Deliver high quality training.
- Support and monitor learners through all aspects of their qualifications/assessments.
- Support curriculum development & employer partnerships (where relevant).
- Create resources and assess learner progress.
Qualifications
- A Level 3 (or higher) qualification in carpentry and joinery.
- Level 2 (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
