We are recruiting for an experienced Curriculum Manager - Professional Services to lead the Accounting & Finance curriculum within a Further Education college in London. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced FE professional looking to drive high-quality teaching, learner outcomes and curriculum growth.
The Role
- Lead and manage the Accounting & Finance curriculum
- Drive improvements in recruitment, retention, achievement and learner experience
- Provide effective leadership to academic and technical staff
- Embed innovative teaching, learning and assessment practices
- Monitor performance data and lead quality improvement activity
- Ensure curriculum delivery meets college, awarding body and funding requirements
- Develop strong employer and industry partnerships
- Support curriculum planning, growth and recruitment activity
- Ensure provision remains responsive to industry and learner needs
- Contribute strategically to the wider School Management Team
About You
- Significant experience within Further Education
- Experience leading or managing an Accounting, Finance or Professional Services curriculum
- Strong understanding of quality assurance, performance data and curriculum improvement
- Experience managing and developing teaching staff
- Strong knowledge of learner recruitment, retention and achievement
- Excellent stakeholder and employer engagement skills
- Commercially aware with the ability to identify opportunities for curriculum growth
- Passionate about delivering excellent learner outcomes
