Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job broadcasting, headhunting, initial screening, and coordinating interviews for various roles.
- Partner with senior leaders and principals to understand their specific staffing needs and provide expert advice on market trends and recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all candidate data is accurate and compliant with data protection regulations.
- Lead on proactive recruitment initiatives, such as university careers fairs and networking events, to build a strong pipeline of future talent.
- Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to "Keeping Children Safe in Education" (KCSiE) guidelines and internal safeguarding protocols.
Requirements:
