Responsibilities:
- Act as the lead for student wellbeing within the department.
- Manage or oversee a team of Progress Coaches / Tutors / LSAs.
- Deliver or coordinate tutorial programmes (covering topics like mental health, British values, personal development).
- Support the Curriculum manager on a daily basis.
Requirements:
- Teaching Qualification.
- Management experience.
- Up to date Safeguarding training, or a willingness to obtain.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
