We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Construction Professional to join a quality team of lecturers and inspire the next generation.

The Further Education provider focuses on supporting learners—especially those who have struggled in mainstream settings—to develop skills, gain qualifications, and progress into further study, training, or employment. Role Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across Construction courses.
  • Plan, prepare and assess learning activities to support student progression and achievement.
  • Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring content aligns with current industry standards.
  • Support students in developing their technical skills and employability prospects.
  • Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.

Essential Requirements

  • A Level 2/3 qualification or equivalent in Construction.
  • Extensive industry experience.
  • A teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
