We are currently recruiting for a Catering Supervisor to join our dynamic catering team. You will play a vital role in delivering a world-class refectory service to our students and staff, providing quality food that is healthy, affordable, and inclusive of all dietary needs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading and supervising catering staff in a friendly, professional environment
  • Supporting day-to-day kitchen operations including food prep, service, and stock management
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and allergen regulations
  • Delivering excellent customer service across campuses and for college events
  • Assisting with menu planning and working towards financial targets

What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (essential)
  • Strong experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused catering role
  • A team player with great communication skills and the ability to engage with young people
  • Organised, proactive, and ready to lead by example
  • Enhanced DBS Certificate
