Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across Electrical courses.
  • Plan, prepare and assess learning activities to support student progression and achievement.
  • Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring content aligns with current industry standards.
  • Support students in developing their technical skills and employability prospects.
  • Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
  • Develop employer partnerships to enhance student learning opportunities and industry engagement.

Essential Requirements:

  • A Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Electrical.
  • Extensive industry experience in the Electrical industry.
  • A teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
