In this workshop-based role, you will deliver practical bricklaying classes to small groups of adult learners, guiding them to achieve trade-standard qualifications, build confidence, and secure post-release employment in the construction industry. What You Will Be Doing Practical Trade Instruction: Plan and deliver engaging, hands-on bricklaying and masonry sessions, guiding learners from basic blockwork through to formal trade qualifications.
