I'm currently supporting a leading college seeking a Head of Organisational Development and People Projects to join their People team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic HR/OD professional to lead on culture, leadership and people transformation within a values-driven education environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading OD, engagement and people transformation strategies aligned to the College's strategic plan
- Driving culture change, leadership development and capability frameworks across the organisation
- Leading workforce planning, organisational design and HR transformation projects
- Using people data and analytics to inform decision making and reporting at senior level
- Improving engagement, wellbeing, inclusion and retention through targeted initiatives
- Overseeing HR policies, toolkits and continuous improvement of people processes
- Working with senior leaders, unions and key stakeholders to embed change
- Developing staff voice, employer branding and professional learning initiatives
What we're looking for:
- Experience in OD, HR transformation or strategic people roles in a complex organisation
- Strong track record of delivering change and people projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior level
- Strong analytical skills with experience using workforce data
- Experience in learning, leadership or capability development
- CIPD qualification (desirable) and degree-level education (desirable)
