We have an exciting opportunity for a Lecturer in Engineering to join our high-achieving college. Based within the stunning New Forest National Park, we attract around 2,800 sixth form students each year, offering them a huge range of courses and superb facilities to drive their success.
The Role:
- Teach and assess Engineering courses to provide an inspirational experience for all learner groups.
- Deliver engaging sessions with a focus on theoretical units and vocational programmes.
- Support student progress through robust tracking, marking, and constructive feedback.
- Facilitate pastoral support and safeguarding to ensure the best outcomes and progression for every student.
- Contribute to curriculum design, development, and the creation of high-quality learning resources.
Requirements:
