We are seeking an experienced and driven Finance Business Partner to provide high-quality financial insight, support and reporting across key curriculum areas, enabling the organisation to make informed, strategic decisions.

Role Responsibilities
- Work closely with budget holders to review spend, forecast accurately, and manage variances
- Produce and support monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Analyse real-time financial data and model different scenarios to assess impact of decisions
- Monitor budgets, income, and expenditure to ensure accuracy and control
- Support year-end accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and compliance requirements
- Improve financial processes, systems usage, and reporting efficiency
Essential Requirements
- Experience in management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Confident working with and advising non-finance managers and senior stakeholders
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills with high attention to detail
- Good understanding of financial controls, regulations, and governance
- Professional finance qualification or part-qualified status (AAT, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
