Working closely with the Education Manager, you will help lead the curriculum, support teaching staff, and drive high standards of learning to ensure adult learners achieve the best possible outcomes for their future. What You Will Be Doing

  • Curriculum Management: Support the Education Manager in designing and managing a purposeful curriculum that meets the needs of both learners and employers.
  • Quality Assurance: Lead on quality improvement systems, regularly reviewing teaching standards and developing innovative approaches to raise classroom performance.
  • Staff Leadership: Manage, mentor, and review the performance of teaching staff, encouraging a collaborative and problem-solving team culture.
  • Driving Results: Ensure the department meets key performance targets and indicators focused on positive learner progression and achievement.

What We Are Looking For

  • Qualifications: A relevant first degree or professional qualification, alongside a recognized teaching qualification.
  • Experience: Significant teaching experience coupled with a proven track record of managing curriculum development, educational change, and quality assurance systems.
  • People Management: Confidence in managing the performance of teaching staff and supporting their professional development.
  • Mobility: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required for this role.
