We are seeking a reliable and professional Security Guard to join the estates team and help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment.

Role Responsibilities
- Conduct tours to encourage lanyard use and respectful behaviour.
- Supervise behaviour across designated areas.
- Monitor common rooms during break times.
- Respond to incidents involving unauthorised individuals on site.
- Build rapport with individuals, reporting those at risk to the safeguarding team.
- Report breaches of the code of conduct.
- Communicate regularly with the Safeguarding and Tutorial Team to support a safe culture.
Essential Requirements
- Previous security experience, ideally in a public-facing environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively with young people and vulnerable adults.
- GCSE (or equivalent) qualification.
- Willing and able to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
- Professional, reliable, and approachable, with excellent communication skills.
